CITY
OF WOODBURY RCA HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN PROGRAM
Applications from Woodbury property
owners are now being accepted for the RCA
Home Improvement Loan Program. This is a no interest,
deferred payment loan which can be used to make major system
repairs (roofing, plumbing, heating, electrical, structural)
to your home. Applicants must meet income requirements, be
current in property tax and utility payments. The loan must
be repaid to the City when the home is sold. Landlords of
one to four unit buildings may also be eligible; call for
more information. Funding for this loan program is made possible
by a Regional Contribution Agreement with Harrison Township
in Gloucester County.
An application for the RCA Home Improvement
Loan Program can be downloaded from the City’s
web site or can be picked up in the Neighborhood Preservation
Program Office at City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, Monday through
Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
