Councilman Francis I. Connor III

Councilman Francis I. Connor III was first appointed on January 3, 2011 to fill the vacancy created in the First Ward when Harry R. Riskie became Mayor.  Councilman Connor was elected in November 2011 to fill the unexpired term in the First Ward until Dec. 31, 2012.  Councilman Connor is currently the Chairperson of the Public Safety Committee and also serves on the Finance and Personnel Committees.

Francis is currently employed as a Chemistry Supervisor with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics.
