Councilman C. Barry E. Sloane


Councilman Sloane has been a resident of Woodbury for over 25 years. He is married to Dianne Herland Sloane, Esq. Mr. Sloane is the Assistant Vice President of Commerce Insurance Services, where he provides safety-consulting services to public and private sector entities. Mr. Sloane serves as the Clerk of the Mickleton Friends Meeting (Quakers). Serving on Council for 10 years, Councilman Sloane was appointed as Council President in 2007 and served until the end of 2011.

Councilman Sloane currently serves at the Chairperson of the Personnel Committee, and also serves on the Public Safety and Property Committes.
