1. Coming to the Clerk’s Office at City of Woodbury City Hall at 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096, and requesting a copy of the desired document. The Clerk’s Office number is (856) 845-1300 ext. 121.
2. Fax your request (856) 845-1309 to the Clerk’s Office, requesting a copy of the desired document. Required Information: Bid Number, Commodity Description, Opening Date, Vendor Name, Individual Making Request, Complete Address (street, town, state, zip code), Telephone and Fax Numbers, and E-mail Address.

NOTICE FOR THE SOLICITATION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES UNDER A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS

             Notice is hereby given that sealed qualifications for professional services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-24, et seq., and P.L. 2005 c.271, will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent of the City of Woodbury on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, no later than 3:00 pm.  The sealed qualifications will be opened and recorded at the City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, New Jersey on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at 10:00 am, by the Qualified Purchasing Agent and witnessed and recorded by the City Clerk.

 Qualifications for the following professional services will be accepted:

City Risk Management Consultant & Insurance Broker 

            Each sealed qualification to be considered shall be returned with one (1) original and four (4) copies of the submission and shall provide hourly rates, and/or other terms and conditions, and the qualifications.  The sealed qualification shall comport to the criteria set forth in the qualification packets, and as found in the Code of the City of Woodbury.  The qualification packets may be obtained in the Office of the City Clerk, 33 Delaware St, Woodbury, (856) 845-1300 ext. 121 (Fran) or at www.woodbury.nj.us or by email to FNigro@woodbury.nj.us.  The Municipal Appointing Authority shall thereafter publicly select the professional or business entity for the position so advertised, which shall thereafter be confirmed or approved as required by law, Resolution or Ordinance.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE
DISPOSAL OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS

Information on 2011 City Recyclable Tonnage        

    Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the Disposal of Recyclable Materials will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent of the City of Woodbury and opened on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 2:00 pm, at City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, New Jersey.  The previous notice for receipt of proposals on Nov. 22, 2011 was cancelled and the specifications were revised.

            Each sealed proposal to be considered, shall be returned with one original and four (4) copies.  The sealed proposal shall comport to the criteria set forth in the proposal information packet.  The proposal information packet may be obtained in the Office of the City Clerk, 33 Delaware St, Woodbury, (856) 845-1300 x121 (Fran) or at www.woodbury.nj.us.  The Municipal Appointing Authority shall thereafter publicly select the proposal, which shall thereafter be confirmed or approved as required by law, Resolution or Ordinance.
