Purpose: The Finance Department strives to provide excellent customer service to citizens, contractors and suppliers, and other employees, in a respectful and timely manner consistent with the needs of ensuring the proper use of the City’s assets.
The Finance Department is responsible for the administration, direction, and coordination of all financial services of the City. Budgeting, treasury and debt management, investments, accounting, purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, grants management are all functions of the Finance Department.
