Water and Sewer Rates

Residential Users

Water (Each Quarter)

Flat Charge- Minimum (5,000 gallon allowance) $33.75
First 10,000 gallons (after the minimum allowance) $ 4.49 per thousand
Next 10,000 gallons $ 5.40 per thousand
All other consumption over 25,000 gallons $ 7.17 per thousand

Residential Users-Sewer

Flat Charge- Quarterly $139.50

All billings are done on a quarterly basis. Your water meter will be read twice a year, and you will receive estimated bills the other two billings. Water and sewer billing dates are January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. Payments are due within 30 days of the bill date before interest is charged.

Sump Pumps– sump pump users must pay a yearly fee of $135.00. The billing date is January 15 and payment is due within 30 days.

Important Notice to Residents Regarding Installation of New Water Meters

Dear Residents,

The City of Woodbury is currently in the process of replacing most of our residential and commercial water meters with a state of the art Severn Trent meter and a KP electronic radio transmitter. This will ensure more accurate billing and better water accountability. We have already replaced over 2500 meters in our distribution system. In an effort to replace the remaining meters in our system by the end of 2009, you can contact our office at 856.853.0892 to schedule an appointment. If your meter has already been replaced, the City of Woodbury would like to thank you for your time.
