Business and Economic Development

The City works closely with Main Street Woodbury Inc., the Woodbury Merchant and Professional Association , the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce to support and enhance our business community.

Main Street Woodbury Inc. is a volunteer organization composed of residents, merchants, and property owners. They focus on attracting and retaining viable businesses in the downtown by offering a variety of support services and sponsoring many downtown events. Contact the MSWI Executive Director during business hours, Monday through Friday, at 856.845.8655.

The Woodbury Merchant and Professional Association is "the voice of the business community". Composed of business owners and professionals citywide, WMPA works as an advocate for the business community on the local and county level. They sponsor several downtown events during the year and partner with other community groups in these efforts.

Administered through the Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation (CBAC), funds may be used for working capital, equipment, inventory, and real estate purposes. No cap has been placed on the amount for which a business may apply, however, funding is limited.
