If you will be doing construction at the new business, the appropriate construction permit(s) will be required.
Obtain applications for construction permits at the Joint Code Enforcement Office, City of Woodbury, 33 Delaware Street, entrance rear courtyard – 856.845.1300, Ext.127.
ALL use groups other than single family, owner-occupied shall have:
- N.J. Licensed Architectural signed and sealed plans
- Two (2) sets of plans must be submitted for review. Construction office keeps one set and one set is returned to owner/contractor to keep on site.
- N.J. licensed electricians and plumbers must perform work
