Woodbury’s City Hall is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

Woodbury’s Public Works Office is open between the hours of 7 am to 3 pm, Monday thru Friday.

If you voted by mail in the 2016 General Election new law states you will continue to receive a Vote By Mail (VBM) ballot for every future election unless you complete an Opt Out form and return it to the County Clerks office. If you vote by mail, you will NOT be permitted to vote on the voting machine on election day without a court order. If you are at your polling location on election day the poll worker informs you of this information you will be asked to complete a Provisional Ballot.

A word from our Mayor.

Mayor Jessica Floyd and the City Council of the City of Woodbury would like to take this opportunity to address some concerns regarding the Redevelopment Plan of 2010.

Tax Appeal Deadline Change!

Due to a change in State regulations for Gloucester County please be advised that the appeal filing deadline has changed. 

Appeals must be filed between November 15, 2018 and January 15, 2019

You may contact the Gloucester County Board of Taxation located at 1200 N Delsea Drive, Bldg A, Clayton, NJ (856-307-6448) or visit the county website – www.gloucestercountynj.gov – Departments – “B” for Board of Taxation – Forms – A1 – Appeals. 

In addition, Chapter 75 post cards will be mailed on or before November 15, 2018.

On June 12, 2018 City Council adopted Ordinance 2284-18 changing the fees for all certified copies.
Beginning July 1, 2018 fees for certified copies will be as follows:
Marriage Certificates: $25 for the first copy, $5 for each additional copy
Birth Certificates: $25 for the first copy, $5 for each additional copy
Death Certificates: $25 for the first copy, $5 for each additional copy

The Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders provides two no-interest, deferred loan programs through the Gloucester County Planning Division Housing & Community Development Office for income eligible Gloucester County residents:

  1. Home Rehabilitation Program: assists with housing repairs including but not limited to plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing, walls, ceiling, steps, railings, wells, weather proofing, lead removal and handicap accessibility.
  2. First Time Homebuyer Down-Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program
